Where claims are decided
Insurance disputes in the UAE can go to the Insurance Dispute Resolution Committees supervised by the Central Bank of the UAE, and from there to the courts. Accident and negligence claims often run alongside criminal or traffic proceedings, so we coordinate every track for you.
How we work
- Review your policy, the rejection letter and medical or loss evidence
- Calculate your full loss, including income and moral damages where available
- Negotiate with the insurer, then file before the committee or court if needed
Court representation. Court representation is provided by the licensed advocates of our partner firm, ABR Advocates & Legal Consultants, who appear before all UAE courts including the Federal Court of Cassation. Juris Prime Legal coordinates your file, documents and strategy alongside them.
Frequently asked questions
My insurer rejected my claim. What should I do first?
Don't accept it at face value. Insurers must give reasons, and those reasons can be challenged. Send us the policy and the rejection letter for a review.
Is there a time limit for compensation claims?
Yes, and some limits are short. Take advice as soon as possible after the incident or the rejection.
Do you act for insurers as well?
Yes, subject to conflict checks. We advise insurers, brokers and businesses as well as claimants.
