Can I leave the UAE if there is a case against me?
Not if a travel ban is in place. We can check for bans and apply to lift them, sometimes by offering a guarantee or settling the underlying claim.
Is bail available in Dubai?
For many offences, yes. The Public Prosecution or court may release you on bail with your passport held or a guarantee. We prepare and argue the application.
Do I need a lawyer at the police station?
Get advice before giving any statement. What you say is recorded in Arabic and used throughout the case.
